Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Macro Budget Mastery website and mobile application ("Service"), operated by Macro Budget Mastery ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

3. Subscriptions and payments

Macro Budget Mastery Premium is offered as an auto-renewing subscription through in-app purchase handled by the Apple App Store. Current pricing is £3.49 per month or £30 per year, and new subscribers get 1 week free before the first charge.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase, or at the end of the 1 week free period. Your subscription automatically renews at the same price and period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Purchases are processed by Apple and refunds are handled under Apple's refund policy. Prices may change; we will give notice before any change applies to your renewal.

4. Accuracy of information

Product prices, availability and nutrition data are sourced from third-party supermarkets and recipe publishers. We make reasonable efforts to keep this information accurate but cannot guarantee it. Always check pack labels for allergen information before purchasing or consuming any product.

5. Dietary and health information

The Service is not a substitute for professional medical, dietary or nutritional advice. Consult a qualified professional before making changes to your diet, especially if you have allergies or medical conditions.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to reverse-engineer it, scrape our data, disrupt the Service, or use it for unlawful purposes.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its content, brand marks and code, is owned by Macro Budget Mastery and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or redistribute any part without our written permission.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting your account from within the app.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
